2. Send a letter of presentation of the Foundation, the composition of its Board of Trustees, the statutes and the latest approved budget by post.
3. Send the appointment of a representative of the organisation by ordinary mail, fax or e-mail, as well as the survey for the update of the II Directory of foundations.
